Refund Policy

At 'SHE AND ME JUTTIS CENTRE', your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags & packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

⚠ Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • No return shipping fee will be charged to customers.

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by us (where available).


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Refunds typically take 8–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product or a different size/colour (if available).

  • If your preferred item is out of stock, you can opt for a refund instead.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

  • To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or Email.


7. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.


8. Non-Returnable Items

Currently, we accept returns on all products.
